Een gemiddelde score. Je bent dus niet echt ongezond bezig, maar het kan natuurlijk altijd beter. Neem eens wat vaker de trap en pas op met junkfood. Zorg in elk geval dat je niet meer slechte gewoontes krijgt, want dan sla je zo door naar de verkeerde kant.
