Vanochtend weer een sterk staaltje van de Ik-Sta-Op-Mijn-Strepen-Houding meegemaakt. Een NRC-lezeres eiste (tuurlijk) niet alleen een vergoeding van haar niet-bezorgde krant, maar had tevens een berekening gemaakt van het verlies van gewerkte minuten.
