Bij gebrek aan inspiratie voor wat dan ook heb ik me maar eens verdiept in De Vluchtroute. Als een huis aan een dijk of in een weiland er niet gaat komen en het huursysteem in Amsterdam mij uiteindelijk definitief gaat opbreken is daar nog de Vluchtroute naar Nijmegen. Veilig, vertrouwd, klein maar ook vroeger, terug en anders. En onderwerp van ruzie en gedoe, maar dat is weer een ander verhaal.
Ongeveer 6 jaar geleden kreeg ik het op m'n heupen en diepte uit mijn administratie het bewijs van inschrijving op om vervolgens eens wat informatie in te winnen bij de Zachte-G-gemeente. "Uw inschrijving verloopt over 2 dagen". In de trein gesprongen, inschrijving verlengd en sinsdien krijg ik iedere 2 jaar een papiertje toegestuurd waarop mijn inschrijfduur staat vermeld. Geen moeite, groot plezier.
Vandaag weer een heup-dag en gebeld om het krantje aan te vragen waarin de Nijmeegse huurhuizen staan beschreven. Dat heb ik al eens eerder bestudeerd, dat krantje. Geen moeite, groot plezier.
"Het systeem is veranderd mevrouw, al sinds januari." Uw inschrijfduur telt niet meer, het draait nu om de woonduur in uw huidige huis. G*DVERD*MME! De woonduur van 4 jaar is peanuts bij mijn 12 jaar inschrijftijd. "Belt u anders even met een woningbouwvereniging, dan leggen ze het u allemaal even uit."
"Rustig maar mevrouw, zegt de Zachte-G van de woonclub, inschrijfduur gaat boven woonduur. Binnenkort heeft u 13 jaar inschrijftijd. Daar moet u toch een leuk huisje voor kunnen krijgen."

De Gemeente Nijmegen heeft zijn huurhuizen ook op internet staan. Ongeveer hetzelfde systeem als de Woningloterij van de Gemeente Amsterdam. Met wat minder huizen, wat minder reakties maar een verbluffend snelwerkende site met een behoorlijke layout en duidelijke links. U zou voor de grap het verschil eens moeten bekijken:

Ik weet niet precies wat je bedoelt met vergelijken, maar het viel mij op dat de website van Entree Nijmegen wel heeeeeeeel erg verschrikkelijk traag is. Ben ik effe blij dat ik al een Nijmeegs dak boven mijn hoofd heb!
