Het laatste nieuws rond Huis-perikelen:
Soms volstaat een volwassen gesprek van mensch tot mensch.
Dat lukt alleen als je eerst op internet hebt kunnen brieschen.
En soms krijg je daar verrassende reakties op. Ook leuk.

Voor het geval het toch nog uit de hand loopt: bij de deelraad informeren of er wel een bouwvergunning is en of het wel in overeenstemming is met het bestemmingsplan (kantoorbestemming?).
Slijm altijd als volgt tegen ambtenaren: "Meneer, ik heb een probleem en ik heb het idee dat U de deskundige bent die mij kan helpen dat op te lossen".
