12/18/2001 Entry: "LOGGEN, LOGDE, GELOGD"
Van de week nog schreef CLAVER over haar ervaringen in Logland. Wij zijn ongeveer tegelijkertijd (samen met JW), begonnen met dit mini-projektje. Eens kijken of we wat te vertellen hebben. We pakten het alleen wat verschillend aan.
ZIJ heeft bijvoorbeeld een teller en kan zien wie haar Log lezen. Zoals reeds geschreven > ik niet. Zij plaatste ook eerder dan ik haar link in reakties op andere loggers. Ik vond dat eng. Dus dat duurde even. (ondertussen nog steeds geen flauw benul hebbende van wie er daadwerkelijk op die link klikt)
Afijn: we zijn allebei op gang. Het bevalt me prima. Zo'n 2 keer in de week denk ik nog wel: "waarom doe ik dit eigenlijk?" maar ook daar valt overheen te typen.
Omdat ik dus niks wist van loggers, logjes, hoe, waarom & waar, ben ik begonnen in de lijst van PUCK. Haar log is indrukwekkend vanwege de verhalen EN ze leek me ook nogal ervaren, gezien de lange lijst van mede-loggers. Op de 1 of andere manier had ik het idee dat de loggers die door haar selectie heen waren gekomen en in haar lijstje "mochten", mij ook wel aan zouden spreken. Vraag me niet hoe Een Vaag Gevoel werkt via een beeldscherm, maar blijkbaar werkt het. Internet-intuitie of zoiets.
Dus klikkerdeklik, ik kwam vanalles tegen. Af en toe reageerde ik ook zowaar op een verhaaltje. (en dus ook maar de link erbij..) En af en toe stond iemand niet in Puck's lijstje maar reageerde op een dusdanige manier op haar stukjes dat ik dacht:" daar moest ik maar eens gaan kijken". Zo kwam ik aan ARNOUD. CLAVER maakte ondertussen ook vanalles mee via dat geklik en gereageer. Dat konden we dan weer fijn uitwisselen.
Gisterenavond kwam ik uit bij GIEN. Daar zag ik nogal wat overeenkomsten met mijn schrijfsels. Dus, heel ruig, gelijk 2 (!) reakties achtergelaten. Poehee. En OOK 2 (!) keer mijn link in het daarvoor bestemde vakje getypt. Zo! Dat schiet op!
Vandaag open ik wat logjes en ga ook weer eens kijken bij GIEN. Ik zie ineens MIJN NAAM. Jeetje, ze heeft mijn URL verwerkt in een stukje. Of eigenlijk zit ze mijn log gewoon behoorlijk te promoten. Dat was even schrikken! Dat was even leuk! Ik kreeg het er helemaal warm van.
Onder een kop koffie eens zitten bedenken WAT me nou zo springerig maakt. Ik typte toch 'gewoon voor me uit'? Ik hoefde toch geen teller? Het maakte mij toch allemaal niks uit?
Hm. Nou. Dat moet ik, vrees ik, even bijstellen. Ik ben nog steeds niet uit op enorme bezoekersaantallen maar ik vind het wel leuk als OOK mensen die niet ken, af en toe komen kijken. Het is net zoiets als met mijn fotoos eigenlijk. Ik maak ze voor mezelf maar soms wil ik ze aan iemand laten zien of zelfs ergens ophangen. Maar het blijft een hachelijke onderneming, 'gezien' worden. In de ruimste betekenis van het woord.
Die teller komt er dusch voorlopig (voorzichtig, voorzichtig) nog steeds niet. Maar iedere onzichtbare bezoeker is Van Harte Welkom! Dat u wel even weet dat ik blij met u ben.
